Guitar Center Distribution Center in Brownsburg, Indiana is looking for a Front Desk, LP & Safety Clerk for our Weekend Shift (Friday - Sunday 5:30 am to 6:30 pm).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet associates and visitors entering the building.
- Adhere to CTPAT guidelines and regulations.
- Answer incoming calls, directing those calls appropriately, and taking messages.
- Update existing MS Excel reports, create MS Word documents and create MS PowerPoint presentations.
- Must be familiar with emergency procedures and respond appropriately.
- Assist with maintaining building alarms, badge access systems, and CCTV surveillance equipment.
- Conduct safety and security audits.
- Assist with investigating workplace accident and injuries to determine root cause analysis.
- Conduct new hire and contractor safety orientations.
- Order supplies weekly and as needed.
- Other tasks as assigned by Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager.

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse loss prevention or safety experience preferred.
